Join us on this amazing world-class CMC backpacking trip to Chile’s Torres del Paine National Park, a World UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. This trek is rated #2 best backpacking trip in the world by the Backpacker magazine. We will hike around the most spectacular Patagonia landscape of dramatic granite peaks, spires and horns towers in ten days covering 52 miles. You need to be “C” level hiker or approved by the trip leader. You only have to carry your backpack since the guides will carry the tents and food.

You also have an option of spending three glorious days relaxing, sampling exquisite Argentine cuisines and soaking in the sights, sounds, rhythms and the culture of Buenos Aires also known as the Paris of South America and named by UNESCO as one of the three Cities of Design. There’ll be a group dinner and a tango show one night before we depart for home.

A pre-trip group hike with the trip-leader in late summer is mandatory for all participants.
Sign-up before May 1st and you’ll receive a complimentary dinner of succulent Argentinean lamb or beef with a glass of wine or beer in El Calafate.

Comments from other Torres del Paine hikers:
–Scenery is unbeatable. Wild, rugged, intense, and oh, so impressive. Defies description in mere words.
–We saw guanacos, rheas, crested caracaras, pgymy owls, Magellanic woodpeckers, and foxes up close.
–Argentinian beef- “Whoa” (carnivore’s delight)
